Brick Soft
This project was about shaping an industrial loft interior where exposed brick, concrete texture, and matte black metal meet soft textiles and warm timber. Bedroom, kitchen, living, and wardrobe zones share one raw-meets-refined language — a high-end urban apartment that feels moody, tactile, and lived-in.
The challenge was to keep loft character without turning the home into a theme — balancing brick, mesh, and concrete plaster with linen bedding, leather seating, and precise kitchen millwork. Open dining, storage, and a calm bedroom had to read as one industrial residential system, not as disconnected sets.
The brief was clear: an industrial loft apartment with brick depth, black metal structure, and soft daily comfort — raw elegance without hardness.
Our approach started with the loft shell: brick columns, textured plaster, and wood floors as the base, then layered matte black cabinetry, metal mesh screens, and a timber–black kitchen that still cooks for real life. Track lighting and an overhead rack keep the dining zone architectural.
From there we softened the dwelling — a linen headboard against concrete, globe pendants, cognac leather against brick, and a glass wardrobe with warm LED niches. Every industrial cue was paired with a tactile counterpoint so the apartment stays comfortable after the first photograph.

The outcome is a coherent luxury loft interior: stronger kitchen–dining presence, a bedroom that feels like an urban sanctuary, and living storage that holds wardrobe life without clutter. Brick, metal, timber, and soft finishes form one material story.
Clients gain a high-end industrial apartment that works daily — bespoke millwork, glass storage, and lighting tuned for mood and function. The space reads confident, textured, and ready to age with the loft.
